This review is from: Ultra Pro 3 x 4 Premium Topload Card Holders (25) (Sports)
The picture shows regular toploaders with sleeves. The description says they're the premium.. but I didn't notice the difference. I thought I was buying what was pictured. (really what's the point of showing a pic of something when you're selling something else??) But I got the premium ones without sleeves instead of the regular with sleeves that I wanted. Not cool.

I make duct tape products, and this works GREAT for ID plastic. They are extremely durable and VERY thick. That are a little hard to open, so if you are buying them to hold cards, it may be a bit hard to get the card in, but other than that, these are really well made and i definitely recommend this item.

We were in a hitch since we had sold some cards and needed to ship them, so we found these and ordered them, they came very quickly and were in perfect condition and were exactly as labeled.

This review is from: HANOI ROCKS Andy McCoy COMPUTER MOUSE PAD (Office Product)
I wasn't quite sure at the time, what would fill this gap of sorrow. I felt my computing experience being less exciting than it was when I first got connected online. Back when a simple blue mousepad was enough to stare at when the internets got slow, or when my Windows were being buggy.
I progressed to a geometrical abstract designed pad. Yellow and green sine waves, with orange and blue cube/pyramid designs as a backdrop. The perspective on the art would draw me into a fantasy world. Needless to say, when I was in High School, this one was quite exciting. It got me through all 4 years +1 when I had to incinerate her from wear and tear (RIP).
I thought cats would be my final choice in mousepad print possibilities. The beauty, the eyes, the irony. I thought I had reached the pinnacle of mousepad artwork. I realize now, how PATHETIC CATS are. Cowboy hat + rose + a stare worth a million and fifty words but only needing one, destiny.
I've found mine, have you found yours?

This review is from: Doctor Who Underground Toys 5 inch Diecast Collectable Tardis (Toy)
Just to note to potential buyers: This is the 9th/10th Doctor's TARDIS (no St. John's Ambulance symbol).
I think they've done a wonderful job on this TARDIS if you're looking for an accurate display piece. It's diecast and somewhat heavy, so not really appropriate as a toy. The doors don't open and it doesn't make sounds or light up. It also only about 5-6" tall, so it might be a bit short if you're looking for something to go with 5-6" Doctor action figures.
I haven't measured it to see how close the scale is, but it looks accurate. There's some small touches, such as brown around the corners of the white windows and in the recessed panels and other nooks and crannies to give the whole thing a kind of worn and slightly dirty look - it is a ship that's been throughout space and time for 500+ years after all. They even have the text of the "Police Telephone" on the front door, as well as handles and a small gold circle for the lock.
All in all, I think it's a wonderfully detailed TARDIS if you're looking for a collectable and not something to play with. (If that's the case, I'd go with the flight control TARDIS.)

How to get the most for your collectibles
NEW YORK Maybe running out of room to store that extensive collection of Star Wars action figures. Or maybe just ready to trade in your great grandmothers china for something a little more modern. Either way, its important to assess the real value of your collectibles before you put them on the market. step-by-step guide to selling your collectibles at a fair price
1.Get some free advice. Many antiques and collectibles dealers are willing to authenticate pieces free of charge. Call a shop in your area to see if it offers this service. But resist the temptation to sell your valuables to the dealer without verifying the price they quote or you may not get the best deal.
2.Consult price lists. To ascertain the real value of your item, Consumer Reports recommends visiting your local library and consulting collectible price guides, such as the Kovels Antiques & Collectibles Price Guide 2007 and Collectibles Price Guide 2007.
Common Antiques Price Guide Mistakes
You are always better using a specialized guide than a generic guide. For example a price guide listing all pottery made in the US will not be as accurate as a book listing only Fiesta dishes. Guides must have depth. There are a large number of small "pocket price guides" on the market. Most of these do not list variations. If you are researching prices on a collectible where variation affect the value, you must use a guide that lists these variations. I once bought a $1500 item for my collection from a dealer for $125 because the dealer was too cheap to buy a detailed price guide. Some yearly guides are updated by changing the values mathematically. These lazy publishers just multiply every price in the guide by 1.05 or some other number to get the new process. In any category of collectibles, values do not change based on interest rates or other economic indicators. Values change based only on supply and demand. Many inexperienced price guide users concentrate on the higher prices. Remember, price is dependent on condition. Reading only the highest price is misleading. F orgetting they are price guides. Many antiques and collectibles dealers seem to forget the guides are only guides and base all their pricing on them. Price guides are only one component of researching items. You must have a knowledge base to draw on in addition to the guides.
Reliability Security Helping buyers and sellers feel safe is important for online auction services. Sellers should have control over their auctions and bidders should have assurance that they are buying from a reputable source. Most online auction sites utilize a feedback system where sellers and buyers can rate each other based on transaction experiences. Checking out a users feedback helps potential bidders and sellers evaluate other members reputation and credibility. Help Support Auction services should provide receptive and comprehensive customer support through several methods including email, live chat, telephone and FAQs.
