I found the following at a garage sale and purchased it. I’d like to know who manufactured this, what its use was/is, is it still in production, production/retail value, collectible value.
cylindrical tube painted red with two brackets extending to right
4 diamond shaped holes punched out on front side only
ink imprint “gloves” runs vertically in 1/2″ inch black letters
3″ diameter
18″ height
top of tube is sealed
bottom of tube has hinged cap
cap is stamped “KS-8434
pulling on cap reveals contents [which can be partly seen through diamond shaped holes]
contents:
2 heavy gloves fire resistant (?) gloves
color: silver
ambidextrous
length 18″
width at fingers 9″
width at gauntlet opening 9″
interior lining stamped “KS-8463″
Please help with any information you might have. Thanks!
Apparently some of you cannot read. It is NOT a fire extinguisher. However it is something manufactured to be hung alongside a fire extinguisher. I am wanting tis technical name and the manufacturer name if perchance you know it. Thank you!
